Kale Chips Recipe

Kale packs some serious nutrition! It contains high concentrations of vitamins, minerals, fibers, omega-three fatty acids and anti-oxidants. Kale is also a low carb and high protein vegetable. It is believed to have many benefits, including to help fight and prevent cancers, osteoporosis (when combined with grass fed butter), and mental decline. There are different ways to eat it: raw in salads, sauteed, steamed, or as Kale Chips, our favorite, so far. They are really easy to make and come out so crispy! It's something our family loves to eat with a meal or as a snack!

Wash & dry kale. Remove stem. Tear into bite-size pieces. Place in a single layer on baking sheet. Spray with Extra Virgin Olive Oil to coat. Flip kale to spray the back side. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 275 degrees til brittle & crispy to the touch, approximately 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
