Bulletproof Coffee

This one is taken from the Mark's Daily Apple forums but with my own twist and simple to boot.

Add 1 tablespoon of virgin coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream to your coffee.Hit it for 30 to 45 seconds in a Magic Bullet or Blender. That's it. I also add some honey sometimes.
