Here's an easy and delicious dessert idea:
- fresh peaches
- frozen blueberries
- almonds
- cinnamon
- coconut milk, unsweetened
Slice peaches with fuzz right into dessert bowls. Top with lots of cinnamon (great blood sugar stabilizer!). Add a few frozen blueberries. Grab some warm, toasted almonds from the oven and twist to break them over the fruit. Top with
coconut milk dollops.Serve immediately!
