Hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day! We had a delicious grilled supper. I'm just gonna keep this post simple since everyone knows you just grill it til it's done to your liking! Here's what we ate and where it came from:
Meat: Filet Mignon from Ovis Hill Farm
Veggies: Grilled Eggplant & Zucchini, and Salad from Saturday's CSA basket
Fat: Coconut Oil & Butter from Ovis Hill Farm (poured over grilled food), Avocado
