• Magnesium Malate 400 mg 120 tablets $6.29 (Magnesium is another common nutrient deficiency. Great food sources include: leafy greens, nuts, seeds, dark chocolate, and mineral or spring water. Supplements ending in "-ate" are more easily absorbed than oxide. 400 mg is the minimum recommended daily amount, and from foods is best. The very first time Keith and I tried Magnesium was in oxide form, and I'm pretty sure we were deficient because we very quickly felt the effects. We're talking Cheech & Chong relaxed. So we keep these on hand and take half the recommended amount per day. It helps us handle stress and sleep better. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE TAKING. Just putting it in there. You'll know if you're taking too much if you're having to go to the bathroom in a hurry. If you find this to be the case, it is recommened that you cut back the dosage and you should be fine.)
